When creating a new protocol session, it fails with a Configuration Error.
Most probably the context for the given protocol doesn't contains enough or appropriate information for a session to be created. Use the protocols:context command to register a context with corrected information. Make sure, for instance, the the URI contains the user/password, host, schema, etc... Concrete context information, however, depends on the underlying protocol implementation.
